Lab sample collection at your home
After your telehealth appointment, we'll send you a lab collection kit with everything you need to collect and send your sample back to our lab.
Lab Kit includes:
Blood Spot Card
Urine Sample
Throat Swab
Rectal Swab

Get your PrEP prescription delivered to you!
You have a choice of pharmacy providers, but if you utilize Elm Care’s Trusted Pharmacy provider, they will:
Handle all the required paperwork to ensure you have little or no out-of-pocket costs.
Deliver your prescription to you at no charge.
